We’re proud to introduce the ECC New Tab, a feature that offers recruiters enhanced workflow options with horizontal tabs and sub-tabs on the employer dashboard. This update aims to help recruiters easily track candidates based on their actions. Here's what you need to know:
Objective: Addressing the challenge of accommodating various recruiter personas, including blue-collar and white-collar recruiters, we wanted to offer recruiters workflow options with horizontal tabs and sub-tabs on the employer dashboard to see candidates based on their actions easily.
Solution: The new tabs and sub-tabs will segregate candidates based on the recruiter's actions, making it easier for them to manage candidate profiles. Replacing the previous Filters (Review Pending, Reviewed, & Rejected), the new Filters will now focus on refining candidates based on profile data points.
Key Changes:
- A clear distinction between ‘Action Pending’ candidates and others where the recruiter has taken action on the dashboard (Shortlist/Number Viewed/Download Excel/Reject)
- Introduction of Shortlist & Reject upfront, with related tabs
- Easy status updates for candidates post shortlisting like Interview Scheduled and Job Offered
- Call status management (Call answered/ Call not connected/Invalid Number) after viewing the number
- Control over the number of applications displayed on the desktop (20/40/60/80)

- Filter Upgrade: Now, applying filters on the desktop dashboard is as easy as a single click, making the selected filter apply in real time, which helps recruiters see the changes and decide upon the next filters
- Show Number: The "Show Number" feature has been enhanced, ensuring that recruiters always see the number. This way recruiters can easily differentiate between the numbers already seen and the numbers yet to be seen, making it easier to manage candidate communication
- Sorting: Jobs are now sorted with multiple levels of sorting (Title Score & Match Score) for any experience jobs, prioritizing experienced candidates first
Initiatives to Reduce Recruiter Drop-offs
